1 dose of vaccine contains:
Inactivated Newcastle disease virus: not less than 108.5 EID50
Inactivated Infectious Bronchitis virus: not less than 3×107.5 EID50 (107.5 EID50 each strain)
Inactivated IBD virus: not less than 105.5 EID50
OLVAC B+G is an associated vaccine manufactured from highly immunogenic antigens of Newcastle disease, Infectious Bursal disease and from serotype Massachusetts plus two different variant strains of Infectious Bronchitis.
The vaccine is inactivated and adjuvanted by emulsion in light mineral oil.
Prophylaxis of Newcastle disease, Infectious Bronchitis and Infectious Bursal disease.
OLVAC B+G is recommended for the vaccination of breeders at the age of 18 weeks, approximately.
According to the usual vaccination schedule the chicks will already have been vaccinated:
1) against Newcastle disease with a live attenuated vaccine type B1 or La Sota, this leads to the development of good immunity in the respiratory mucosa;
2) against Infectious Bursal disease with a live attenuated vaccine at the age of 6 weeks, this causes an enhancement of activity at the time of vaccination with the inactivated vaccine;
3) against Infectious Bronchitis with a live attenuated vaccine, this causes an enhancement of activity at the time of vaccination with the inactivated vaccine.
OLVAC B+G must be administered by subcutaneous injection in the back of the neck or by intramuscular route (in the breast).
Allow vaccine to reach room temperature before use.
Shake vials well before and during use.
Store in a refrigerator at +2°C to +8°C (avoid freezing).
