PROPERTIES
BIO-VAC LS-H120 is prepared using the attenuated La Sota strain of Newcastle disease virus and the attenuated Massachusetts H120 strain of Infectious Bronchitis virus, cultured on embryonic SPF eggs to ensure the highest safety, freeze-dried and vacuum-sealed.
The immunity provided by this vaccine reaches peak levels at 10-15 days after administration; however chickens benefit from a good protection against both infections already a few days after administration, on account of the phenomenon of interference.
1 dose of vaccine contains:
La Sota strain of NDV: not less than 106.5 EID50
H120 strain of IBV: not less than 103.5 EID50
Prophylaxis of Newcastle disease and Infectious Bronchitis.
