COMPOSITION
1 dose of vaccine contains:
Inactivated Newcastle disease virus: not less than 108.5 EID50
Inactivated Infectious Bronchitis virus: not less than 3×107.5 EID50 (107.5 EID50 each strain)

PROPERTIES
IB-OLVAC is an associated vaccine manufactured from highly immunogenic antigens of Newcastle disease, and from serotype Massachusetts and two different variant strains of Infectious Bronchitis virus. The vaccine is inactivated and adjuvanted by emulsion in light mineral oil.
INDICATIONS
Prophylaxis of Newcastle disease and Infectious Bronchitis .

DOSAGE
IB-OLVAC is recommended for the vaccination of breeder hens and layers at the age of 18 weeks approximately.
According to the usual vaccination schedule the chicks will already have been vaccinated:
1) against Newcastle Disease with a live attenuated vaccine type B1 or La Sota, this leads to the development of good immunity in the respiratory mucosa;
2) against Infectious Bronchitis virus with a live attenuated vaccine, this causes an enhancement of activity at the time of vaccination with the inactivated vaccine.
The vaccine must be inoculated by subcutaneous route in the back of the neck or by intramuscular route (in the breast) at a dose of 0.5 ml.
NOTE
Allow vaccine to reach room temperature before use.
Shake vials well before and during use.
